Elephant nose fish

I was just wondering if anyone has any of this fish?
I saw it at the store today and LOVED it.

I wish I could get one but it says they are semi-aggressive and I am working on building a community tank. Boo.

They were the coolest fish I think I've ever seen, lol.

Mod might want to transfer this to the bottom dwellers forum or you can repost there. Several threads on that forum dealing with elephant nose keeping. Have done it in the past, but my experiences were in the Reagan administration, bound to be many with better and more recent knowledge. Good luck in case you pursue keeping this interesting fish.

What size tank do you have? I've heard they are peaceful, but picky... they need semi-soft water, subdued lighting and lots of places to hide.

I plan on getting one someday. They look so awesome! I think they can be in community tanks with other semi aggressive fish. Like barbs maybe, or large tetras. Only problem is, I think they need alot of live and frozen foods, so feeding them would probably be more difficult.
