how do i add oxigen to the water

you add oxygen by utilising gas exchange at the waters surface...this is done by having slight water turbulance from a power head or something

Lol, give it some time man. I would go and get a power head of some sort . You must have some water movement or your tank is toast. Filling to the water line isn't enough the tank needs to turn over at least 10 times per hour.

A couple of options are either a Hydor Koralia 1 or a maxijet 900 or 1200....neither are that expensive and are both reliable powerheads..

10 times per hour should be enough most are listed in gallons per hour "the number after the name usually"
