Wow, what a deal! But I just ordered some last week! :o Great photos. I've heard they're very active, so I'd imagine they're hard to catch on film/digital.

aww why are you after my money?

is it a dollar just for the males or also the females?
does it matter who males breed with or can a feeder female guppy be okay?

I agree with Mgamer on not breeding them to guppies. Endler's may be endangered in the wild and because there are so few left in the wild, I've chosen not to house mine with anything they might cross with (guppies, mollies, platies, or a few other livebearers).

They can cross with guppies. The offspring may or may not be fertile. Some of the crosses can be real pretty, but once crossed, you can't uncross them. Endler's only live a year or 2, so I'm planning to let mine breed a few times a year to keep the colony going. Guppies can have up to 6 broods of 100 babies each from each breeding, Endler's it's up to 6 broods of 40 each. Broods of young females may have as few as 6 each. PM me if you'd like a link to a site with awesome Endler information.

ok thats good that they're endler females i just didnt know how people could tell if they were endler females or just plain feeders. usually the lfs only sold males.
