Hi, I was wondering if I had enough light for my 30gal tank? Tank is 30"x12"x20". The light is going to be 2x39 watts 6700k t5 light. Plants are some amazon sword, dwarf hair grass, java moss, and java fern.

lighting will be good for the plants you have, some co2 would be helpful as well

Thanks you guys a lot. I have a diy co2 thing but it only last like a week. Anyone have suggestion to for the proper solution for a 2 litter bottle?

I actually use 3 liter bottles that I picked up from a Dollar General. They sell some sort of generic pop in them. I only fill them about 2/3 of the way, which is kind of a preventative in case something goes wrong, I have more time to catch it and react before it gets into the tubing. I fill both bottles with the amount of water I want at about 100 degrees and pour it in a fish safe bucket. Add 3 cups sugar, 1 tsp yeast, and a pinch of baking soda and stir it up really good. Then I cut the top half off of a 2 liter and use that as a funnel to pour the mixture back in the 3 liters. Usually lasts me about 3 good weeks, sometimes it'll stretch to 4.
