Hello i dont think so its Epilepsy attack bcz after 5 hours when i feed them second meal (flakes) that discus come up and try to eat flakes and the same thing happen again with it, its start moves swiftly around many times and jump out side the water and then go back down the down after some time its bit ok (this attack happened only when it come up for eating)
i dont no what the hell happening when it, i change my 30% water after that hopes it will be fine tomorrow

Get a scrip for Dilantin and add some to the food. Jk!

It probably has something to do with the fact that your tank is horribly overstocked, that is if you still have 4 discus, a tiger barb and the other fish in a 30 gallon tank.

Kristina your are not right i have only 4 small discus in my 34 gallon tank now, No other fish over there and tank is big enough for these small discus.
2 discus 2inch large
2 discus 3 inch large ( One of this have this problem)

please post all the water parameters.

include NH3/NH4, NO2 , NO3
also the feeding regime as well as maintenance.

could be cramped tank conditions..but I suspect there could also be something else contributing.
is the discus flashing? hiding, clamped fins?

No, that is a bit overstocked. Discus like swimming room. This sounds a bit like the tank is over stocked. Or you have a discus with a neurological disorder.

i mostly change my 30% water 2 times in a week bcz i never have any powerhead filter or canister filter in my tank just a diy sponge kind of filter only
feeding them 3 times in a day (in morning dried bloodworm and 2 flakes) and using no light at night
never seen any kind of sign that shows fishes are ill or stressed that discus is now fine doing well but its happen with it just today at eating time in past it eat very well anyhow i will see it tomorrow hope its never happen again with it
