Ever seen anything paranormal?

Q, call me and the rest of us crazy, its ok. I would too a few years back. I always laughed at people who saw things. Thought they were all on crack. Then I saw one. Well, more than one. There was this girl leaning out of the bedroom doorway - long hair and blue shirt. ( My brothers seen something that fits the description - at a different house. Its the family haunting ) Then again in the basement, different person. Was just to the left of the bathroom door. I was concerned for my mental heath, but my friend saw it too. So it was there. The weirdest thing is there... how do I describe it...? You can't see through them but they are not solid - ya know?

I didn't have much fear till this; these are the ones I saw in the dark: In the basement I was, A picture flew off the wall - not downward. It went straight out off the wall - about 3'. It hovered there for a second and fell.

Your ex doesn't count, sorry:nono:
Why not? As alien as they come.
I have seen lights in the sky in northern Ontario 3 different times that I cannot explain. Nothing I know of goes as fast as these things did and then did 90 degree angles without slowing down. They stopped and then took off and disapeared in seconds.

I wouldn't do such a thing. Our senses and our brains can play tricks on us. Also there are many unexplainable things we can see and hear. Just because something cannot be explained away doesn't make it a supernatural event.
I also believe there are people who want to believe that there are ghosts and spirits and if you believe in something hard enough, in your head it becomes true.

Q

Yeah I've seen things that weren't real too.

I mean after my drug overdose before I was medicated the room would randomly be full of green gelatin, satan would rape me, and zombies would talk to me outside my window when I was trying to go to sleep.

I don't believe in the paranormal. I think people either go somewhere else when they die, or else they just get eaten by worms and such. I don't believe in guardian angels because there isn't much biblical basis for them... in the bible angels only intervened or showed themselves when it was something that would alter the course of the religion. I think god has the grand scheme already, and everything that happens happens as he wants it to. He doesn't make mistakes he needs to correct. He doesn't intervene. And if he wants someone to die, they will. If he wants them to heal, they will. I don't see that praying makes a difference. God is all knowing and very powerful, and believing that he is intervening belittles him, since that is to say there is a mistake he has to correct.

I count myself in as a round earth enthusiast.
Q

My analogy was indeed poor.

"What I was trying to say" is that non-quantifiable occurrences and/or precepts are deemed as "something like Supernatural".

Twenty years hence when these have been explained they will "go into the Physics world" as would any other explanation of nature.
