My green chromis seems very healthy and then suddenly one of his eyes turns yellow and seems like its going to fall out. Its still healthy and eats well. I just want to know if his eye falls out will he still be okay?

when you say it looks like it's going to fall out do you mean it's buldging? If so thats called Pop Eye, and it happens in aquarium fishes from time to time.
Generally poor water quality is the cause of pop eye but I've also read that it's a symptom of tuberculosis in fish, which is actually transmittable to humans through open wounds.
