Not really any knowledge of ghost shrimp, but you water is not at all hard. The shrimp may need harder water to molt well. I know I don't have good luck with neocaridinas & think my soft water may be to blame. Mine runs ~30-50ppm KH & GH is just a tiny bit higher. Were you reading ppm or GDH (German degrees of hardness)?
