Extra Tall Tank questions

Actually, if you are going to go with Eheim on a tank like that, I would consider 2 x 2026 or 2 x 2126 Eheims. IMO anything over 55 definitely should have two filters, one at each end. It also adds redunancy; if one fails, the other can take up the slack and you won't lose fish.

Same with heaters, but get lower wattage. Two heaters with watts lower than the tank requires so that they have to work together to keep the tank at temperature. That way if one fails, then the other will click off and you won't have fish soup.

I use a Eheim 2213 on my 65G with a powerhead. Any sugetsion's to improve filtration without breaking the bank?
