Fake (non functional) Telecaster guitar build

Here is the next guitar build. It's the Micawber... Keith Richards 5 string Telecaster. He left the low E string off and said it was for the bass player to use.


Here are my big wood pieces all cut out.


This one should go well.

I wish it was MY Tele. That's a copy of the guitar I want to copy.

Here is Keith playing his.


And here is mine with a primer coat of paint on the body and some metal work. All the wood has been sanded and the neck has been stained natural. I need to hunt down the paint color and make the pick guard. The other pieces will be cake.

They will eventually hang on my walls but right now I have to squirrel them away. These are being made to adorn the walls of my sons graduation ball. After that..... they're mine.... all mine! Buwahahahahahah.......
