So, here's where I'm at:

I've got 2 planted tanks that are pretty new, but I think fairly well set up. I would classify both in the moderately to heavily planted category.

10 gal: 15 watt 2800k plant bulb, T8. Eco-complete substrate. Plants: watersprite, anubias, crypts, java moss, italian vals.

20long: 36 watts 2 bulbs (1 10000k, 1 6700k) T5. basically the same assortment of plants, with some stem plants thrown in; also eco complete substrate.

I do water changes 1 per week of about 30-40%, params stay normal (0, 0, 10-20). Fish/plants all seem healthy.

I've been working for a couple of months to get the plants/lighting set up.
What I'm wondering is: at these levels, do I need to dose ferts or add CO2? Is there anything I can do to make these setups work better?

Any and all advice/feedback is eagerly welcomed!
I'm working on borrowing a camera so I can post pics... the good luck I've had so far is totally due to the peeps on this forum!

Thanks in advance

I would think no co2 and very little dose of each fert spread out not to dose the same fert in a 2 week period or it might cause algae problems.
Lets see what other people have to say

Looks like a good low light setup for both. No need to dose ferts or add co2. At most I might add some Seachem Flourish once a week to both. Also, for the 10g, upgrade that bulb to something in the 6500k range. That 2800k bulb isn't doing you a lot of good.

With that setup, you should be able to grow an assortment of low light plants.

Awesome! Thanks folks!
