I figure I'd ask since the information on feeding seems a bit inconsistent...

I feed all my fish at the same time once a day. I feed the 3 cichlids 6 large cichlid pellets, my 12 tetras and 8 danios get flake (takes about a minute for them to eat it all). My 3 botia get some shrimp pellets that sink and soften at the bottom, only about 6 pellets though as they're a little large. I also tie some spinach to a rock for the botia mostly, do that about once a week.

Does this sound like I'm feeding them enough? Should I be supplementing the pleco's diet (as there's little algae left for him and he has to compete with the 3 botia for bottom feeding.

Sounds like you are doing your feeding right. The pleco is probably eating some of that spinach but you can also put a piece of zucchini in there once a week for him or some algae tablets would be good as well. Plecos also liek some driftwood to gnaw on, the lignin is good for them. If you ammonia and nitrite levels aren't spiking on you and there isn't too much algae growing in the tank then you are doing a good job.

Cool, thanks... :)

There's no issues with the tank (finally), been clear and stable for over a week, so my past smell/foggy water sisues are gone. The fish are scratching less and less too...

When I go food shopping tomorrow I'll pick up some zucchini.
