I am a fan of the New Life and feed that to my Malawis and Blue Rams. I also put in a fresh vegatable (zucc, cucumbers) a couple of times a week for the Malawis but they only eat the zuccini really, pleco gets all the cucumber. Also I give frozen brine shrimp to the Rams about twice a week, and the Malawis get frozen plankton, blood worms, mysis shrimp and the left over brine shrimp about twice a week at random. Once in a while I will get some live ghost shrimp from someone I trust and feed those to the Malawis but the last time they didn't do to well catching them so now there are some shrimp hiding very carefully back in the fake plants cleaning them up for me.
