Oliver, yup that will work put in an airstone or something and away you go.
Metin, well there are a couple of options to treat the tang. First make sure your water quality is reallygood that will help it fight off the parasite. 2 get some of the reef safe ich treatments so you don't poison all your inverts with copper. 3. take it out and treat with copper based med in a dedicated hospital tak, They work the best but, will kill anything without a back bone ! You also can't really get it out of rocks or substrate so keep that in mind. Tangs are ich magnets by the way so be carefull are it will spread the plague to the rest of your fish. I'd strongly reccomend a q.t. tank it will save you a lot of time money and heart ache.
