feeding with Hikari frozen blood worms

Having recently picked up an African Dwarf Frog and some Marbled Hatchetfish, I picked up some frozen bloodworms today.
After plunking a cube into my tank this evening, the worms were promptly devoured by my ravenous tetras, leaving none for the hatchetfish and even less for the frog.
How then do I make sure these less assertive critters get fed?

You're gonna have to target feed the frogs.
They really really suck at finding food. I use a clear tube allowing the food to sink right in front of their face, half the time they still can't get a lot of it.

The frogs have very poor eye-sight. Food has to almost bump them for them to eat. You must target feed.

Hatchets like floating food. Get them to eat freeze-dried stuff.

yeah, I love my ADF, but feeding him is a lot more effort. I got some sinking frog and tadpole pellets- you can find them on the PetCo site, I forget what brand they are. I got them in my LFS for $2.50 (because I despise chain pet stores). They sink when submerged in water, but if you just drop them on, they will float. There's two spots where my frog usually hides, and so basically I just try and leave him a stash where I know he'll be.

I just lost a fish because it couldn't get food. The other fish would bump it out of the way and all. I noticed it was getting really skinny and I was going to put it in a bucket or another tank to get it back up to its normal size but I didn't have the time so I felt really sorry for it when it died. I have been really busy lately. I was also mad at myself.

Hatchets can be very aggressive feeders, but they must have floating food. Look at their body- it's obvious!
