fiddler crabs

is it possinle for them to be kept fully submerged in an aquarium and in a group? and can they live a full freshwater life?

Group, yes, fully submerged, no. They need access to air to survive and will die without a place to climb out safely. If not provided, they are prone to finding their own way up and out, often times completely exiting the tank and dying hidden under furniture. The ones I am familiar with and have seen available in stores have all been marine or brackish.
