Fin nipping flagfish?

Has anyone had problems with Flagfish nipping fins? Something tore up one of my angels overnight after I put two flagfish in there from another tank.

I just bought 4 for my community tank.
The guy at lfs said they will attack long finned fish when there full grown.2inches.
