It's a melanochromis auratus. I would need to know it's size and if it is the only one to sex it.

Agree it's an Melanochromis Auratus and they are quite aggressive as they mature. The tank looks great 
Also those two bigger plants look to be some type of "ribbon" plant. Did you buy them from a big box store in a tube?
