I just realized that I should probably introduce myself.
My namer is Louis and I'm 22 years old (tomorrow hoo hoo!!) I live in florida and I am attending community college. I haven't been in the hobby for the past few years, as life got in the way. No I'm starting to feel "the itch" again. I thought it might a fun thing to try and maybe meet a few like minded people to socialize with.
I promise I'm harmless.

Most likely the problem is that your area isn't densely populated enough for anybody from your area to be using this forum. I have yet to find anyone who lives in my area and uses this forum.

It's hard to get a club started. I live in Tallahassee, and have absolutely no clubs within 3 hours of my house. I actually belong to clubs in Atlanta and Tennessee, and make a weekend out of attending club meetings, but only attend about every 6 months because of the distance. I know they have a club in Tampa. I've even thought about joining that one also, but their meetings are on a Monday, which is hard for me to figure out how I could attend and work full time. It's easier to get off on just a Friday instead of taking Monday AND Tuesday off!
