That's a mini rasbora thingy. . . lemme get the right name for you. It's stuck in my brain!

It's a type of Pygmy rasbora, I'm pretty sure of it. BUT I could be wrong.

I saw some pics with some exactly like the one you have up there but I can't find them. Still looking.

Nope, can't find any pics. It's a lot like the Elegant Rasbora, but it has the red tail. They're VERY small. I wanted some but couldn't find a source.

There are some pygmy rasboras that are all red and have more spots but if you google that name, there are some that look like that.
