Fish missing a fin

I bought a pair of koi swords the other day. The seem to be doin fine except for the male . I noticed one of his side fins is missing. Will it grow back? He seems ok. He tends to take it easy until its feeding time.

I don't think it will grow back if it's gone enough to where you don't see it anymore... watch him though in the case that he lost it due to an infection of some sort.

my goldfish was missing a pectoral fin when i got him, and it has grown back now. it is shorter than the other though.
was also missing an eye but i reckon that one is permanent lol

Thanx! Ill keep my eye on him. He swims fine and is pretty quick.

I looked very carefully and noticed a very narrow piece of fin. Hopefully it will grow back.

I have a Bala Shark that I bought 3 years ago that never had one of its lower fins. It never grew back but compaired to the other one I have that I bought at the same time it is half as big. I guess it stunted its growth a bit.
