i do but many people dont

i have 2 gold fish a red one scooby and a orange one shaggy

scobby and shaggy are cartoon charcters by little brother named them my dad has a 36g tan with about 50 community fish in there theres just too many to name

I have a silver arowana named Connor and a Hystrix stingray named Murphy. (Can you tell I'm a huge Boondock Saints fan??)

My bristlenose is named Franky (the Fish), my yo-yo loaches are named Achmed, Umar, and Smita. I haven't named my dwarf gouramis yet, nor have I named the upsidedown cats. It'll happen, it just hasn't happened yet.

Well I also call my Pleco by Plecosaurus. haha

I've got a white angel with a little black beard who has this funny way of poking around the tank - very hard to describe, but he reminds me of a senile old man sometimes (in a cute way).

I LOVE Homestar (www.homestarrunner.com - if you've never seen it, I highly recommend checking it out) and immediately thought of The King of Town when I got the angel. He's the only fish we've got with a name. My husband does call our bristlenose 'the plecofish' but I don't think that really counts

so of course the nutty betta I have is called doughnut, he is in the same tank with the angel.

Most of my fish have names:

Pa Kettle - male jewel
Puke Face - female Copadichromis borleyi
Striper - female Melanochromis auratus
Buff Boy - Labidochromis caeruleus - yellow morph - most likely male
Jacob - male Aulonocara jacobfreibergi
Closty - albino pleco
The Mustard Boys - don't know what these guys are. wish I did.

I have a Tiger Barb named Felix, but all the other TB's look alike so I can't name them.

And my friend--not on ac--has two feeders (you might have heard of them; one's HUGE, one's not so big) David and Goliath.
