18 Fish in a 12G tank. Geez you think that's too much?

maybe you could add some pacu's in there, maybe 15 or 20 angels?
You are either a troll or in the top 10 most horrible fish keepers(keepers? i meant killers) i've seen on here. I don't have 1/2 of that amount of fish in my 55G.

Can they even move around in the tank?

I'll second third and fourth the overstocking.

You shouldn't have a "four to five inch fish" in a 12 gallon period. If you want big fish buy a big tank.
