Fluval 88 C02 kit/ Co2 cartridges

I am curious if any one has used this product. How long did a cartridge last? Was the valve provided adequate? (good fine adjustment etc)

Anyone know if I can use a NON-fluval cartridge as long as the neck of the cartridge is threaded. Say the ones used for Bicycles? They are a TON cheaper.

I did Some looking, looks like someone has come out with an adapter that fits the fluval Co2 regulator with a 20oz paintball tank.

So I answered most of my own questions.

The question that is left:

Is this a decent product?
