Ok. After reading lots of great things about Ken's Fish Food, I have decided to purchase from him. My question is which to get? So many options. I will have tetras, barbs, gournami, oto cat, and 1 or 2 to be determined not to fancy fish. I have also heard that spirulina is very good for coloring. Would I be ok getting the Super Premium that has the spirulina in it or should I get spirulina flake by itself and just pick up the regular tropical flake. Is the amount of spirulina in the super premium enough to make a difference? (The spirulina flake by itself is a bit pricey for me). Also, should I be feeding something else occasionally during the week such as freeze dried or frozen just to mix it up a bit for 'em? If so, what? Sorry for all the questions and thanks so much in advance!:)

Super premium would cover all your blocks. I would suggest spirulina pellets for your oto.

Your stocking isn't too different from mine and I bought super premium flake, brine shrimp flake, color crumbles, catfish pellets, and spirulina pellets. Of course, I have only opened the spirulina pellets as I lightly feed my fish.

bump for the OP.

I don't have the same kinds of fish you do but my goldies are liking the food so far. My only complaint is the it's too small for my moore to see so I feed more than 1 food until he gets used to it. The packaging is great so if you buy lots it stays good:thm:
