Free Lifespan Report

I took the test and scored 91, but I don't put much weight into it. I take my multivitamins, but I doubt it will add several years to my life. The #1 factor for longevity is genetic.

I really don't want to be laid up in a bed crapping my pants all day either, Ice.
The secret to growing old gracefully is to stay active. I have an aunt who, on her 98th birthday, played golf and scored a 98. She is now 103 and still drives, plays golf three days a week, and does her own housecleaning.

I "supposedly" will live to 90. My great grandmother died at 101. She lived by herself at home right up until 2 weeks before she died. I think she wanted to go long before that since she started giving her stuff away in her early 90's.

 93, but that includes smoking 1 pack a day, which is way more than I actually smoke. Even quitting now would only get me a nother 2 years.

Hmmm, can't put a lot of stock in this program.

I get 91 having been a smoker (7 years, averaging out to less than a pack a day), but quit 10 years ago (program doesn't acknowledge that at all.) But if I start taking vitamins I suddenly gain another 4 years to 95? So what vitamins are they selling?

As long as I could still enjoy life, being very old would be fine by me.
It's the very old and sick folks that can't take care of themselves and are tired of living (and just lay in bed waiting for the Grim Reaper to come knocking).....uh, I'll pass. ;)
