I took the test and scored 91, but I don't put much weight into it. I take my multivitamins, but I doubt it will add several years to my life. The #1 factor for longevity is genetic.
The secret to growing old gracefully is to stay active. I have an aunt who, on her 98th birthday, played golf and scored a 98.
