I saw these at one of the LFS here in Vegas. They had them labeled as FW Lionfish. What is there common and scientific name and what family does it belong too?

I've never seen a freshwater lionfish...maybe it was a butterfly fish or something like that...Did it hang out near the top of the tank?
they had them at my LFS. pretty ugly. looked like a rock in the back of the tank. no realtion to SW lion fish
