It looks a lot like ludwigia repens in lower light conditions to me. Green and a little leggy, you know, like mine always ends up being.

looks a little like a rotala species Rotala Indica possibly..

however quite tiny in size.... but similar leaf pattern.

if it is Rotala Indica the round leaaves indicate it was grown emersed. The new leafs seem elongated. These do fit the description of rotala indica. as the elongated leafs are what they look like submersed
