I might be able to help...First, ReefCentral.com has a forum specifically for these guys.
Anglers are lurker predators, so don't need a lot of swimming room--but, there are several different species available, and some will get up to 12 inches in size. You'll want to have at least a 50 for one this size, and I wouldn't go any smaller than a 30, even for the smaller species, due to waste load and ease of maintenance. They can be kept in groups, but carefully--frogfish have been known to cannibilize smaller tankmates, and of course any fish smaller than they (2/3 the size of the frog) will end up as a snack, as will most crustaceans. They can be kept in a community setup IF you make the effort to target feed them. Lighting isn't particularly a concern, but you'll want lighting that will support the live rock algaes--most frogs can and will change color to match their environment, so the more color you can support, the better looking will be the frog .
I've had mine for about 8 months now. He's grown about 1 inch, and is likely maxed out at about 5 inches. He gets fed every other day or so--either a gut-loaded ghost shrimp or a chunk of raw deli shrimp. He's in a 120 with a trigger and a burrfish, so target feeding is a must.
