yes the frogfish will eat anything it can fit into its mouth....mine ate a sea robin, hawkfish, lionfish, and a few other fish.
they are usually safe with eels and flounders but they will eat almost anything regardless if its poisonous or not. they can consume a fish up to 2x their size.
they can open their mouth 10x its visible size and suck in their prey from up to 3 inches away in under 10 mila seconds.....so yea things go in a blink. they wont always eat the fish right away...can take months sometimes. they can be weened to frozen foods and should never be feed freshwater fish, like all saltwater animals, it gives the liver failure. they should be feed 2x a week and they will always keep eating so its up to u to moderate their eating. they are fairly hardy but can gag on food easily and are prone to bacterial infections if they are exposed to air.
