Thanks to all for the great advice regarding my previous feeding & heating questions!
Currently my 2 ADF's and betta are doing fine - my ammonia, nitrite levels are at 0 - but just recently the Ph level is at 7.0 - I've read that the frogs need a slightly higher Ph - should I buy some of that Ph up or mabey do a major water change (it's only a 3 gallon tank) - or is 7.0 ok

Stable pH is the bets thing. Those pH up products generally lead to fluctuating pH's and that is more of a problem. You are fine right now.

Think of it this way, thos eproducts want you to change the pH slowly over a matter of a week or so. Well if you were in a crisis and needed to do a big water change what would happen? A major pH change as the pH chaning product wouldn't kick in fast enough.
