Frozen Krill?

Sorry its me again with another question.

Can i feed my 2 clowns and firefish on Frozen Krill?
If so do i thaw it in RO water first and then rinse it in RO water?
And how much do you reckon i should feed them?

Yes, no problems at all with that...Thaw in tank water is better..just scoop a little tank water into a little tub and thaw...Then just rinse with RO water..

How much depends on the fish..Just keeping adding it it small ammounts untill they have finished eating and remove excess food from the tank..That will then give you an idea of how much to feed..
