Ok, theres a LFS that is hiring. And i plan on getting a job there.

So, what are some key info i should ad to my resume other then places i have worked for, and some community services?

Thanks

are you still in school, or otherwise without much professional experience? If so, you might want to add a section with your personal skill, traits or interests that might be pertinent. Also any awards won in school or in community service definitely.

Also a leading line stating your objective (e.g. "To find a position that...") with something about how it would meet your expectations in a revealing way. For example, "I wish to find a position that will challenge me and take advantage of my ability to work with people" or something like that.

The cover letter is where you actually state the position you are applying for, and how you heard about the job would be nice (for their tracking purposes). On the letter, you should also summarize in paragraph form the highlights of your resume.

dam, didnt even think of that.

Do you have anything i can use as reffrence? So i can pretty much just fill in the ____.

I made one, long time ago but now it dosnt look so good to me.

And yeah im still in school, but it wont get in the way since i only have 3classes to attend.

Thanks

it sounds like you'll most likely be applying for jobs which will require you to fill out an application form, right? If so, you won't need a cover letter and might not even need a resume. But you can always attach your resume to the form, if you want.

I don't have one for you to "Fill in the Blanks" but there are lots of templates online. Do an internet search for "resume example".

Remember, though, that you might have to tweak your resume a little bit for different jobs. Like remove the irrelevant parts and add other things that you think would be helpful on a case-by-case basis. It's a lot of work, but looking for a job always is :)

Looks like there is no application form. They just told me to come in with my resume =]

I already made mine with a template i found online and alterd it a lil.

Also, is it best i try to make it as short as possible but still with alot of interesting facts?
