Been feeding my 6 week old Angels with BBS using this:

Works great, babies have learned to swim around the hatchery exit to chow down on the BBS.

But, they are getting big enough (almost dime size) to get them onto adult food. Have tried crushing flake to a powder; it just ends up on the filter (BBS hatcher is empty now; figured the babies would soon get hungry and eat the flake.

Any other foods? Blood worms or something along those lines?

Ideas?

:help:

my adult angels would actually eat flake and spit them out towards the fry in tiny pieces. I think crushing flake food should work. Try a little and see how it goes. As long as its crushed I don't see why it shouldn't work.

Removed the BBS Hatcher last night.

Tossed in a couple freeze died bloodworms; they seemed to attack that...

Might be that they don't recgonise the flake as food...

mix the flake with either bbs or bloodworms..they'll get the hang of it
