1 of my 2 ghost shrimp turned cloudy and lost his long antenaes. i thought he was dead after a couple days, but looked a few minutes later and he was off on a mission elsewhere. this was a couple days ago and i've been reading up on the molting process and am waiting for him to die or shed his skin. he's active and continually feeding, plus he always notices when when i get near the tank.
if this is how they start off molting by changing colors to the milky color, how long does it take for them to split from their old skin as it's been 5 days since i noticed the change and he hasn't gone to the toilet bowl in the sky yet either
?
our other ghost shrimp continues to be be transparent, water chemistry levels good, other fish healthy and other info on tank in "red headed zebra tetra starving?" post.
thanks for the insight...
