Ghost shrimp with eggs

One of my ghost shrimp has a belly full of eggs. What should I do to help those eggs become little shrimp? I have an angelfish, 3 black skirt tetras, 2 corys and a yoyo loach in there with the 4 shrimp, all of who totally ignore the shrimp. Has anyone had ghost shrimp breed in their tanks with other fish not eating the babies?

The other fish will eat the babies - it is called live food, even if there are enough infusoria in the tank to feed the baby shrimp.

I have had four ghost shrimp with eggs and I have yet to see a baby. They seem to hatch at night and by the morning when I look at the tank all I have is ghost shrimp without eggs and smiling fish.
