Giant Otos it is!

Well, I have them on order now and I think the Giant Otos are going to be what is needed for the 55 gal tanks. 4 in mine and 2 in the wife's. I just can't believe they are so hard to find.

I'll get pics posted once I get them all in and acclimated. At least I don't have to worry about the Blue Acaras eating them all.

well if it is 55 gal tanks you can use other algae eaters such as Bristlenose Pleco or Siamese algae-eater

That's awesome! Giant Otos are a great addition, and it's exciting that you managed to order some despite the challenge of finding them. They should do well in your tanks, especially since your Blue Acaras won't be a threat. Can't wait to see the pics once they’re all settled in. Cheers to your growing aquarium family!
