I've had my new tank set up for approximately a month now. Ph, hardness, nitrites, nitrates etc are all well within parameter.

I have 4 glass(ghost) catfish and ever since I purchased them I noticed one had 1 white spot just a bit behind the dorsal fin.

I observed no weird swimming patterns, still eats, is schooling just fine with the rest, and hasn't shown any signs of spread further on the body or onto the other fish.

However I just recently noticed his mouth area seems to be a clouded white coloration where as the rest are pretty much translucent.

The tank consists of platies, mollies, a few guppies, 2 cori catfish and 4 glass catfish.

At this point if it was ich it would've spread, same as cotton mouth, or am I incorrect in assuming such?

I just want to ensure the health of the rest of the fish and if possible conserve this one as well.
I'm a new aquarium keeper and I am open to all info and criticisms.
