I am trying to decide which of these fish would be a better fit in my 55 gallon reef tank.

I was looking at either the scooter blenny or an orange spotted gobie. I have been told though the blenny can be quite territorial.

Other planned fish are a hawkfish (hopefully flame hawk if I can find one), a single clown, and once the tank has been established about a year a mandarin fish.

Any suggestions?

The goby--the scooter blenny is actually in the same family as the mandarin, and will compete for pods. They can co-exist in large tanks, but I wouldn't try it in a 55.
