I think I would steer away from miracle gro. those white beads and fertilizer seem a bit hazardous to me.
When I made my viv I made a mix of garden soil, peat moss, and organic mushroom compost. It's served as a good substrate for my plants.
Specifically, I have no idea about the exactly plant species.

You might want to check out www.dendroboard.com in there plant section and they specifically named. I also would not use the white little balls bc/ if your animal eats it, it is not good.

I think it depends on what exactly you're keeping. For crested geckos, Antharium is almost a must, mine absolutely LOVED sleeping on their leaves.
