Thinking about it, although I always though two tanks on top of each other might look kind of tacky...

This one is a bad deal. The light he's including is 36" long. You can see that from the picture. And he's only including an AC 300 which is not adequate to filter a 75 at all. The most I'd give him is $125 (50 for each tank and 25 for the stand)

Well, if anyone really cares, craigslist will probably have a happy ending for me. There are two 75 gallon tanks in cleveland I'm looking at. One is 100 for everything, the other is 150 for everything. It's a pretty good drive from Erie, 2 hours or so, but it will be well worth it! Heck, I might pick up both if they're on the same side of cleveland.

The $100 deal is good, but I'd offer the $150 one $100 and see if he bites then go to $125 if he doesn't. If he doesn't take the $125, you can either let it go and tell him to give you a call if he doesn't sell it and will go lower or just give him the $150. Worth a shot.

Pretty much if you can get a 75 or 90 for $100 with a stand it's a great deal. You'll usually get a lot of extras included. I paid $100 each for my 75 and 90 and both had lots of extras.

the 150 is a homemade stand, so I'm waiting for a picture of it...there's two kinds of homemade stands, it seems like...really good, and really really bad.

Yep on the stands. I've seen some awful ones. The $100 one looks well kept.

I just posted one like yours. I'm hoping the guy with the 75g bowfront won't be able to sell his for $550 and will give me a deal.
