Gourami tankmate ideas please?

have you considered how active you would want a tankmate to be if your Dwarfs hide alot?

I've found I had success in some other tanks using tetras as dither fish. I got my upside down cats to come out and swim around by having a bunch of black neons and glow lights around. I don't really want anything too hyperactive (like danios), but just something that'll swim around in the mid to upper portions of the tank and hopefully make the gourami's feel more secure.

My Blue Dwarf Gourami is the "centerpiece" to my 26 gallon. With him I have 2 spotted cory cats. (An Emerald Green Cory would offset the Gourami's coloring nicely!). Also Red skirt tetras for added color. The color variance is truly beautiful for freshwater fish and they all get along nicely because the cories are on the bottom mostly, the tetras are middle tank fish and the gourami swims around on top or on bottom when hiding.
