This is a picture of my green terror that I have had for a couple months now. Pretty sure its a female but I thought I would come in here and see what you guys think. Its a beautiful fish and I think it looks awesome(love green terrors). So any help in sexing this young lad or lass would be greatly appreciated. Plus depending on sex I plan to breed so I need to make the appropriate choice when choosing its mate. BTW it is very skittish when I have my phone near the tank. Sorry for the quality of the pics. Hope they are'nt to bad. Thanks. 2011-04-29 11.47.17.jpg2011-07-05 21.24.35.jpg2011-07-05 21.22.20.jpg

I don't think you will get a accurate answer without a better pic.
But, the dorsal fin looks rounded, so my guess is female.

From the pics it looks rather plump which suggests its a female but a better pic would help. About how big is the fish?

Thanks guys. Got confirmation that she is a female and she now has a mate. Hopefully we will have babies soon if they dont kill eachother first lol jk. Thanks for the replies and safe fishing :)

male green terrors are more colorful than female, also they have more pointy dorsal fins.. but u cant identify them at these age.. get them to maturity, and that would be easy for you to identify them.. nice fish!!
