Guppy with Camallanus or Dropsy? - Been Hovering At Top of tank ALL DAY?

I have a female guppy who today when I woke up has just been hovering right underneath the top of the water. It appears that if she does try to swim down, she is floating back up. She is only moving her side fins, not the tail fin.

Also, now I noticed that there is a reddish colored poo hanging down from her a little bit, and she is still just hovering around the top...

Earlier a Gold Gourami nudged her or prodded her twice and she didn't really do anything or react in anyway.

Facts:

I lost a Guppy last night as well but differently, she was just resting on the bottom :(

Water temperature is currently 26 Degrees.

Tank has had fish in it since Saturday and the water was added on Thursday (Pet store owners stated it would be fine to place fish in the aquarium 24 hours after it had been running (3 Pet Stores)... been researching constantly in depth for last few days)

Tested Ammonia and Nitrites yesterday and had 0 basically for both...

Did a water change of about 25 % yesterday and added 2 full doses of Aqua Plus to my tank... (30 Gallon, 6 caps)

Been feeding flake food twice a day, around 11 AM and 11 PM

Have live plants in the tank and PH seems to be fine as of last night when I checked it.

All helps appreciated thanks...

do you see any specks on her? or scales protruding out in a strange way? is she eating well? fyi: feeding 2x a day may be overdoing it....depends how much you are feeding and what, i suppose. I feed once a day, with an occasional 1 day fast, but its an established tank so theres plenty to forage.

Nothing strange that I can see, her appearance looks fine... still has the red poo hanging down from her and is still staying around teh top not doing anything, just floating about and moving her two side fins... occasionaly she'll swim a bit about the top

Give her some time, or do a water change, is all I can offer. She may be stressed, but other than removing the stressor (too many fish, not enough hiding places) water changes and maybe turning off the tank lights, theres not alot you can do. I wouldnt worry about the poo.

29 Gallon.... Currently housing 2 Gold Gouramis and 3 Guppys... had 4 but one passed last night...

Just updating here, the red poo appears to be gone, also a seperate white one came out, and now there is nothing, but the fish is still swimming around the top of the tank, well.. not really swimming around but floating around, swimming rarely....

What could be wrong with the fish?
