A little while ago I noticed what look like 20-25 small, white eggs on top of a leaf of one of the sags in my 10 gallon planted tank, which currently has 3 harlequin rasboras. I've read that they're difficult to breed.. is it likely that these are their eggs?

I don't really have anywhere to put the fry when they hatch. Does anyone know how long it will take, and how many are likely to survive in with the parents (and an ac mini filter with a foam insert on the end)? The tank is also due for a water change.. should I hold off on it for now?

No one has responded yet, maybe because people feel like bummers to suggest that a clump of eggs is more likely to be snail eggs, which are encased in a jellylike mass, rather than rasbora eggs, which in this case are usually on the underside of leaves, in twos and threes.
