Has anyone used imagitarium black sand

I cannot say what this may do to pH. But I will not use any product int eh Imagitarium line. This is a personal preference, you wi;; have to make your own decision.

I wouldn't expect it to change your pH, but we don't know your source water chemistry.
I have used black sand in the past. It was from either petco or petsmart. No issues with it other than destroying the impellers on my aquaclear filters, even with prefilters on them. I got away from using sand as time went on. I prefer very fine gravel substrates.
