hdx shelving Rack to hold Fluval Spec V tank

Hi, Im looking at buying a fluval spec to house shrimp to keep and have some to add to my planted fish tanks.. Looking at available space I have and Im curious if anyone has ever used the hdx shelving such as this model to hold this tank. Please let me know your opinions or experiences.

Have not used, but have seen similar shelving used. HD website says it can handle 250 pounds per shelf (evenly distributed). Spec V with 5 gallons of water should be just under 60 lbs. I'd expect it to work. You might want to cut a piece of wood to put under the tank that helps spread the weight over the whole shelf.

Think Im a bit late but in case youre still looking, I went with this from home depot:

In addition, I purchased 3/4" spruce plywood and painted with deck sealer to keep water out and prevent mold. I wouldnt trust mdf near water.
