Moving from a 15g to a 36g, already have a 50w Jager submersable heater, should I get a second heater, replace current with 1 big one or stay with what I have? I have two lift tubes powered by bubblers and a bio/mech power filter (Marineland 150)...looks like really good water movement within the tank.

BTW, I live in FL and the room the aquarium is in is usually 75-82F, at any given time.

Thanks, Ron

I have 2 in my 55G and am quite pleased with the set up. I keep my tank @ 80 degrees, so the two heaters ensure both that no equipment is getting overworked and that the tank is steadily at a constant temp.

i use a 300w neptune in my 40 and its allways 80f perfect even when its cold out
