helo my percula clown might be dying

i think my percula clown might be dying he is swimming kinda weird usually during the day he seems fine but then he starts either laying at the bottom of the tank or he is vertical in the tank it sems kinda wierd my other percula clown is swimming fine and acting normal, what do you guys think... is he dying? i hope not
