Help And Advice Pls!

i found a image in one of the thread someone has a cichlid i wouldnt mind adding to my tank and they say they are always haveing fry so im thinking about thining out about half of the pink cons i have now and maybe adding some diff types of cichlid . and i dont realy care if they bread i also saw in a thread where they would just eat the fry is that true ? if i where to leave the fry in my large tank ?
 
You won't be able to keep any other type of fish with a pair of breeding cons but if you were to get rid of all but one con (or two of the same sex) then you would have a much beter choice of tank mates.

so if i get rid of all the smaller cons in my tank i was told those where the female and just leave like the 4 big males i could put diff cons in . ? also about how many cons should i have in a 55 gallon

another question what would be the chance of me being able to put these kind of snals in my tank one or 2 i realy like the purple ones . will the cons eat the snails and how big will they grow

Yea the cons will kill any snails you put with them.
You can mix diffrent cons if you want but if you have a breeding pair they will need the tank to them selfs.
I don't know how many cons you could do in a 55g (they would all have to be the same sex) as i've never seen any one do a all convict tank of this size before.
